Contacted about vacation getaway to hear about condo sales pitch. Had to invest $398. For lodging and received passes to some events in Orlando area and discounts on restaurants. Asked about cancellation policy and was told had 30 days after receipt of materials in which to cancel.

When decided to cancel, was told that I had to return all materials as sent to me, via certified mail to them, and that I would be be billed $50.00 out of the $398.00 as a processing fee. Literature sent ot me states that you can cancel without obligation or penalty, but the terms of agreement, on another sheet of paper describe the processing fee, which contradicts the statement on the other material.

When inquiring about cancellation in advance, they do not mention that if you cancel, you will be charged, only that you have 30 days to cancel after receiving packet. Calls to the company result in statement that, the $50.00 charge is, "company policy". It is a quick $50.00 for them regardless of whether or not you make the trip. They totally misrepresnet their company and do not fully disclose their policy. Stay away from this offer!!
