I called to ask if i could get any refund for my reservation at HOLIDAY INN, long island, because my 17 month old daughter is sick with diarhea and high fever. We had to admit her in intensive care. The guest relations person MELONY told me "so what this is not a medical emergency... No one has died in your family"!!! I am already disturbed 'coz of my childs health and then i am loosing 1000's of dollars on the trip reservations... She could have just said no... Ms Melony if i am a true christian GOD will show you how it feels hwen someone talk to you like that. God will show you what a medical emergeny is!!!
I request everybody to not do bookings with holiday inn. Thier rules are rigid and thier staff is rude. I didn't get even a single penny back from them. They didn't even change my dates. Even best hotels like woldroff astoria refunds your money. Even flights give you a 90 days time to use your ticket. But holiday inn!!! It sucks
