Amerisuites Vacation Club, America Suites Resorts, Your VIP Holiday - L Ramirez fraud: charged my Husbands credit card without consent, signature Ripoff

I received a phone call beginning with 'congratulations, you have won...' last year and was transferred to someone who informed me regarding my prize:
7days, 6nights Orlando, 3days, 2nights Ft Lauderdale, 3days 2nights Daytona Beach and a bonus 3days 2nights Bahamas Cruise plus $500 spending money.

This same person also said that I was chosen because I travelled by air even in a tough time (september 11) and that this prize is in conjunction with mastercard! (I did travel a short while after september 11, and used KLM, our tickets were paid with mastercard)
Then the call was transferred to someone who'confirmed' details in order to validate my prize. They asked me about 'my mastercard' and I told them only my husband has one. I also confirmed that I have no signing power on his mastercard.

They said they will send me all the relevant information by courier and that the package is valid for two years.
I did receive the information with a 'Confirmation of Purchace' form that has space for signature and date of the credit card holder.

My husband and I could not decide yet whether to accept this prize winning holiday - we have at least two years to think about it.

Amazingly enough, his credit card has been charged charged! Without his signature or consent and we did not accept it yet. My husbands name does not even appear on the document.

And yesterday I received another call again from 'Best USA Vacations', 'Mary' who told me I've been selected. Bla bla. When I asked too many questions this lady told be that 'if you can not give your co-operation, then I can not help you' and hung up. Tj tj tj shame, just now these lot are also crooks - this lady says that this is supported by Mastercard and Visa. She thought I had a mastercard.
