Ripoff Took money fasly from my account caused overdraft

I received a phone call from a company stating that I had bought something from their company or an associate company that qualified me for this free trial offer and to receive 2 free plane tickets to Orlando Florida I was fine with the whole thing till they said that there would be a charge to my bank account for $149 if I did not cancel the trial within the time allotted and they assured me that I wouldn't have a problem there I still didn't want it but they hung up I got the package in the mail and I called the number to cancel it the day I got it there was only 1 day left on the trial the day I got it but I figured I cancelled it in time I went up to visit my family for Thanksgiving and I had just enough money in my account for the trip right before I was supposed to leave I went to walmart to get something and my bank card was refused I went back to my moms house and called the bank and was told it was an electronic check for Florida Passport and was given the number to call to fix it I called 4 times that night and was disconnected all 4 times I called again the next day and got ahold of someone and was told that I cancelled the day I was charged I told them that wasn't possible because I was on the road all day that day but they told me to get a refund I would have to have my bank call them to verify that the funds were taken from my account to get it back so I did and the bank called them they said they couldn't put the money back in my account but they could send me a check and that's what they are supposedly doing, I am going to give it a week then I am going to my bank and filing a false report, I am a single mom who doesn't have much money and because of their $149 charge my account is now overdrawn by $278.43, I was left stranded with my 10 month old son who had run out of formula and diapers and no way to get home I had to borrow money from my mom to get everything and to get home and I dont know how I am going to get my bank account straightened out I didn't even know my account could be overdrawn that much I will update when I know what I have to do.
