Ripoff disgusting unhealthy, safety violations, didn't speak english

My family and I drove 6 and 1/2 hours from Ohio to Kentucky to tour the University of Kentucky for my daughter. We thought the location of the hotel was great for travelling purposes.
The pictures on the internet make the hotel seem reputable! However, when we entered the room, we were disgusted!
The bathroom had feces (human?) on the floor, there were pubic hairs on the light fixtures, and the carpet and bedding were stained with?
The sheets on the bed didn't even fit, so instead of fitted sheets, they just put on flat sheets! The towels and wash cloths were brown, NOT white! There were "foreign" objects on the ceiling. Yhey looked like they were Nose oriented.
When we tried to complain to the staff, they were unable to understand or speak english!
The electrical outlets pulled out of the walls when plugging in our appliances, the smoke detector hung from the ceiling on a wire, and the walls were all cracked and peeling!
Even though we had no intention of swimming, the pool was brown, green, and smelled!
We were at a disadvantage of booking another room because we had not been aware of the fact that the race track, Keenland, had their opening day the same day we arrived, so all the hotels were full for miles!
We put our own clothing over top of the pillows to sleep. I put them straight from garbage bag to washer upon arrivng home.
We have stayed in many, many hotels over the years due to my daughter showing horses and playing on travelling soccer teams, and this was THE WORST motel EVER!
I reported it to the corporate office also, but I don't want a discount on future Rodeway Inn motels. I will not stay in one. I am not going to use Choice hotels website for choosing out of state travel arrangements either.
