Limo ripoff Orlando

Bruce from BHextremelimo from outside of Orlando, FL prides himself on "sales" and not customer service when it comes to his perrsonal 22 person Hummer limo.

On a scale of 1 - 10, the first part of the ride is an 8... Maybe. Bruce failed to take initative to get his limo out of parking at a local theme park attraction; did not have proper Air Conditioning for 11 people in a 22 passanger limo - even at night.

He did not grant access to AC, lights windows or even drop down window to talk with him. I specifically asked for ice - twice; before leaving our destination - that he said he would provide - and did not have access to it. He basically took the overage in tip we paid in advance in cash and tried to ride us for more money by not providing limo services to us.

He did not prep the limo in between drop off and pick-up. It would have been more comfortable to take a cab from Kirkman Road than his limo. When I called to discuss his lack of service, he told me that his was part of "sales".

The limo ride was sold when we made the reservation. His job was to provide a service. He told me that I should have told him to pull over and ask for ice from the cooler in the trunk.

He also said his business would not suffer due to his level of service and I hope that anyone that reads this uses the power of word of mouth to not fall victim of Bruce from bhextremelimo.com in the future. The later part of the destination was a "3" at best.

His failure to even acknowledge that his level of service was poor made the eitire night in his limo a worthless experience muchless a waste of $1,000 $280 in cash tip. Don't get ripped off by Bruce in his Hummer limo like we did.
