Cruise & Stay Getaway given as Christmas Present from son. Followed Instructions never heard back. Called toll fee number talked to Jennifer who had me fax a copy of completed certificate. Was told the company was changing the company they make travel arrangements with and she would have some get back to me. Never happened. Been trying to reach someone.
