Absolutely no assistance, Very rude and short with customers, refuses to offer compensation for incovienence ripoff

There are several inconveniances with this Hotle! And non of them are written in Back And White when you commit to such a highly expensive stay. The Front desk staff leaves at 9:00 Therefore if you have a late arrival there is no one to assist you with your needs what so ever!

I was coming from out of town and needed assistance getting to the hotel! The front dest man said tough your key is in a lock box that's all I'll do for you. Because of this I was unable to make it to the hotel. I was only an hour away but no one offered me assistance is getting there what so ever. I called the manager and he said tough. Because of this neglagence and rudeness I had to stop and stay at a different hotel so that I may find my way in the morning.

So I paid to stay in this rediculously expensive hotel ahead of time and because of them I was unable to make it. They are completly unwilling to offer me any compensation what so ever. So I spent an ungodly amount of money to stay at that hotel only to have to spend more on a different one! And they have complete disregard for their patrons!
