VistaPrint - AP9PassportVista scam ripoff fraudulent billing decptive practices

I just recently realised that there are 2 charges for $14.95 on my bank statement from AP9 PassportVista. When I called them to find out what they were, they stated that I had signed up for a discount program for travel, entertainment etc...

I explained that I was not aware of this and then they said it was through Vista-Print.com. Neither myself nor my husband have purchased anything from VistaPrint. I did visit their website and played around with some different configurations for business cards, but I did not place an order. The Company (AP9) refused to refund my money, but did cancell my membership. Through my research, I have found that many people have been victimized by AP9 via other websites. I am interested in filing a class action lawsuit against them for decptive practices! They owe me $29.90. They owe many people much more than that!
