When using printing services from vistaprint.com, i was enrolled in a membership of 14.95 monthly for passporttofun.com. I was never told about this membership and when called to report it, i was treated like i was making this up. I never used any services from this company and they refused a refund. I had to contact my bank to dispute charges. When speaking with customer service reps, be careful, they will do it without telling you anything.
