No cruise no moneyno reply

After paying over 900.00 for our cruise, i waided on hold 2 hours per day 3 weeks before our cruise, long distance i might add. I was informed they made a booking error, and i could not go, my son purchesed the same cruise to celabrate our 24th wedding anniv. I asked when they were planing on letting us know, we bought new clothes, airline tickets ect. They told me i could maybe still get it through carnival, but would not even get a refund for 6 to 8 weeks, and that they would refund my airfare, they went as far to give me a fax number, and i got disconected, its been a week and the fax number does not work and their phone line has a recording that its not their norm buisness hours i have called all time all day for a week... Nothing... This is the worse thing i have ever had done to me... Needless to say my son will be going. I want my money back for cruise, air phone bill and i beleive i still deserve my cruise... I paid in two parts like i was told, my frist payment was over 6 months ago... But i have to wait???
