Ripoff, broken promises

My husband and I joined Travel Bridge of Georgia in September. Total cost was over $2,500.00.

We were promised a free cruise and given the certificate from Award Redemption Service located in California. There were specific guidelines that needed to be followed to insure you would receive the 4 day trip.

We followed all guidelines and sent the company a check for approximately 200.00 to secure the dates we wanted to cruise in May. To date no tickets, Award Redemption Service's phone number has been disconnected and there is no new listing. Their web site is non-existent.

As a result we telephoned Travel Bridge of Georgia and have left 2 messages and no one will return our phone calls. We want our money back. Their deals are not better than we can get ourselves.

We paid by credit card and hope this will help us but if anyone can assist us in obtaining a refund, please do so.
