Ripoff you will lose money-guaranteed

If your intention is to save money in attempting to book a flight, DO NOT use Expedia. Flight arrival & departure times are purposely presented out of order in order to confuse. One would think morning times would precede evening times - not on Expedia! If you make an error, according to Expedia's terms, you can make an itinerary change for $30, but the fee is waived if the change is made online. This is a lie. When you attempt to do so, a page appears to refer one to call an Expedia representative. (Very self-serving!) Then, once on the phone with the rep, one cannot "make changes" to the iternary, again, as described in their own terms. All I needed to do was to simply change the TIME... The date of the flight remained the same. Also, the price of the earlier was the same! I was not allowed to "change" the flight, unless I was willing to pay $100 (which is more than the damned ticket!). I had no choice other than to have the flight cancelled. Expedia made a quick $35 off of me for doing absolutely nothing. ($30 to cancel the flight by phone, since it was not allowed online and $5.00 for some BS online reservation fee, even though no flight was purchased). Please remember this, ALWAYS make your reservations directly with the airline. Expedia is a RIP-OFF.
