Back in August I received a call from Cheaptrips and the offer looked good. I was told to examine the membership and if I wasn't satisfied to cancel the membership and all my money was going to be returned to my account. The cost was $108.95 paid by credit card. After examining the membership I decided it was something of no value to me and call immediately. I talked to a machine and it was cancelled, cancellation # 1VR62777. I have not received the money and I tried calling a few times but you only talk to a machine.
Please help me.
