Service never recieved but paid for ripoff internet

In 2004 I recieved e-mail solisitation from cheaptrips
an offer to save a large amount of money on airfare, since I do travel alot sometimes I thouth this was a good deal. I paid for this with a debit card. I never heard anythingfrom cheaptrips and called to inquire, I was told they had a problem and it would be resolved. Sometime later a representative called and apologised for the delay. They had trouble with a contract service from a forgin company and she assured me that a new membership packet with coupons was on the way.

I never recieved anything, towards the middle of 2005 I called again because I keep recieving e-mails ftrom cheaptrips stating that I am a member but Im never abel to log on. The cheaptrip represenative told me that my complaint is going to corperate and I would be hearing from them, again nothing ever came.

Today December 30 at 915 am I made a final call to this fraudlant company explaining my failed attempts to get what I paid for, nothing ever came, the lady I talked with stated her name was Saye, she told me I had only purchased a one year membership - couldnt find me in the system, I told her I have been trying to use the membership I bought - and past attemps to contact the company and the fact that "corporate" never contacted me. Again she stated that she would take this right up to Corporate.

I feel that the "corporate officers, who ever they are are diliberatley decieving, are committing wire fraud, and should be sut down and investigated, being allowed to send emails and not provide servise-and this continues todayand has happened to many others.
