Staynplaypackage.com, vacationescapeonline.com, VIP Travel, summerbayorlando.com, charged my credit card but did not ship info for 30 days and can't get in contact with anyone to refund money! Ripoff

Back on 10/17 I was contacted and told if I bought 2 tickets to Disney World for $398 I would get a vacation in Orlando, Daytona and the Bahamas. I didn't even get the info in the mail for 30 days and told when I received it I had 30 days to cancel. Thats all well and good if you can get a hold of them! I had a total of 4 phone numbers and left messages when their mailbox wasn't full. Today I finally got a person at VIP travel that said they would get Holley to call me. Thats what I was told 3 weeks ago! Good luck trying to book a vacation with and outfit you can't even get a hold of! I am in the process of seeing what I can do with getting ahold of our AZ Attorney General and the Florida Attorney Gerneral to resolve this. This is turning into a case of fraud with no srvices being provede once your money is gone. They we're VERY HELPFUL in getting your credit card number and calling back numerous times till they talked you into it. They go by so many names its hard to keep track. Beware!!!
