WLI Reservations Rewards / Ripoff / Lane Bryant responsible for them having my info

I used my debit card to purchase a few items from lane bryant recently. I have been a loyal customer with them for years now so you can imagine my utter suprise and dismay when I found out that LANE BRYANT was the reason this entire mess with WLI began...

My debit was charged $9.00 by WLI reservation... I, at no point authorize this... So I called first the company but suprise, suprise no answer... So then I called my bank to dispute this charge (which was just posted) and was told by the bank to wait and call them back when the money was taken out of the account... Hmmmmmmmm...

Am not so sure about that so any feedback about that policy would be greatly appreciated...

In any case this will be the last time I order anything from Lane Bryant due maily to the fact that they compromised my private information.

I read on this site that WLI has 240 complaints filed against them with the bbb and would like to know why no one like the attorney general of CT not going after this ghost company... What do I as a consumer have to do to get this company to answer to the law? Also why are'nt companies like Lane Bryant doing anything about this big problem? Don't they realize word of mouth is a powerful tool in advertisment???
