Cheap Tricks, oops, Cheap Trips is a ripoff. We were solicited late at night for a membership and agreed, but called early the next morning to say we had changed our mind. We were told that was OK, but then the credit card charge showed up on the charge card anyway. When called into complain, we were referred to the same "refund department" that didn't refund our credit card. You don't get to talk to anyone; you have to have them call back. They generate paperwork for you to fill out which can conveniently get lost, prolonging your refund. The only recourse, the one we took, is to put the charge into contention with the credit card company, and, of course, blast Cheap Tricks by contacting the Sun Valley Chamber of Commerce.
