Access america refused to refund plane ticket ripoff

This company refused to refund a lane ticket when it had to be cancelled because of a subpoena by the US District court in New York. The claimed it wasn't a valid reason as I could have forseen the subpoena. I did not forsee and could not have. A lousy 500 bucks down the drain and quite rude customer care.

Do not use this company for travel insurance as they will find any way out from paying a claim they know you will not sue them because the amount is too small. This is how they make their money of course. Where is spitzer when you need him to put this company out of business for the fraud they are exacting on consumers. And yep they wouldn't refund the lousy 40 bucks for the premium either. Spread the word around the internet and soon millions will know NOT to choose accessamerica.com
