Fraudulent billing

We noticed in October that this company had been deducting $9.00 each month from our debit card account, since January! We had never heard of them before, and had overlooked the small transactions in our statements.

I immediately phoned the company and demanded an explanation, they tried to claim that we had subscribed when we bought something at a local museum, which was not true, then they went into high speed reverse and offered to refund some of the payments. Then my wife called them independently and gave them hell, and they agreed to refund all the payments.

This they have now done.
