Days inn westowne inn is a huge health hazard! Ripoff beware! Kentucky

I know someone who works at this poor excuse for a motel, and i can verify all information given to me, as i have seen these things with my own eyes.

There is a horrible mold problem in the majority of the rooms, most people don't notice, because if it hasn't been painted over, the room is blocked, so no one can see it anyway.

We believe it's spreading like wildfire because of the badly leaking roof, it's going to cave in one day, it's been bad off for over 5 years, at least. Managment & ownership are too cheap to replace anything, temporary cheap quick fix, is always their answer for everything. The building is in all that great shape either.in the rooms, wallpaper down, horrible odors, outdated furnishings, and a free brown recluse spider with each nights stay! I'm not kidding, they are also in the rooms, and in the registration area, laundry area, employee breakroom and their lavatory. The bug man comes once a month, but with/in all the cracks, holes, and the not so thorough job he does, they still call westowne inn home. Ants and roaches occasionally take up residence as well.

Management/owner doesn't care at all about the property, it's employee's or anything besides making money. Mr "c" owns this property, the days inn (paducah also), best western (murray, ky), and another motel in hopkinsville. His daughter is the manager of 3 of those properties "k"."k's" assistant manager here in paducah, is a wannabe "k", it's pitiful really. My friend says managment cuts employee hours if they piss them off, or find another job... Find secret ways to get revenge. Management is horrible, won't get a new roof, remodel, replace, anything, just fixes it enough to be rentable for cheap. My friend could tell more, but she's afraid to lose that crappy job.
