Ripped me off of my money Florida's seller of travel act of 2004559.932 559.933 How much longer will the Florida Authorities allow this rip off to continue, where is the Florida Attorney Generals office this has been going on for many years!

Let me tell you people out there who are having trouble with this company they are for one a fruad make promises of this 5 star hotel and this big nice boat cruise to the bahamas. But if you searched this website i think you will find that they don't go on their word and their hotel is far from a 5 star experience.

Another thing is this no "refund" policy is illegal needless to say and they are running an unlawful and i repeat for you ramada plaza workers UNLAWFUL to withold the cunsumers money. The Florida state laws say as follows:

That in your contract it must state, you may cancel this contract without penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate, whichever occurs later. It also states that it is unlawful for any and all payments made by the vacation of the certificate and notice of cancellation made pursuant to this section, if the purchaser has not received any benefits pursuant to the vacation certificate. Also it is unlawful for you to misrepresent in any manner the purchaser's right to cancel and receive an appropriate refund or reimbursement as provided by this part.

So for anyone else who have found ways to get their money back please help me i sent complaint out to several organizations for consumer protection. This company needs to be stopped.

And for the Ramada plaza resort workers. I know you all read this because every once in awhile i see that you defend the company you work for to try to cover up this operation you guys run. I hope you all can sleep with the fact that you are stealing other peoples money and thats how you feed your family with other peoples hard worked money for a company who is not what they say they are.
