Ripoff calling on phone saying you won a prize

Somerset Vacation called saying you've won one of 4 prizes, set up time (at night when your tired and your guard is down) to get prize, listen to 90 mintues of good salesmenship, sign on for $3000.00 plus money.
They make it sound like you'll save lots of money, great places to stay and that they sell to people like AAA and orbitz.com.
When I called AAA 2 people told me that they have never heard of either company and did not do business with them. 1 person worked there for 3 years the other for 10 years. Somerset/Funseekers is supposely been in business for 20 years.
In fact there are at least 9 complains with the michigan's attonery general office when I called.
