Castaways Vacation Club gives Vacation Clubs that work, a bad name. William (Bill) Bailey is behind Castaways Vacation Club using his live-in-girlfriend Christy Spensberger's name as the owner so you don't see the connection, since his name has ZERO credibility. Also he opens up distributors in different names, to sell on behalf of Castaways Vacation Club. Even when a person joins and then decides to cancel within their 3 day recission, they keep 15% of the sales price, for what they call "restocking fee". There are couples who cancel within 3 hours and and still didnt get a FULL refund. They are making money even when a person cancels. Castaways' business is operating out of his house in Il, even thou they are registered in Austin TX. If you look up Beachcombers Vacaction Club's address you will notice it is the same address as Castaways and their house. This is the BIGGEST RIPOFF Operation there is!!! How they are able to open up businesses, then go bankrupt, and reopen other businesses in different names, and go bankrupt in the same field... Meanwhile they keep the consumer's money is beyond me. Contact the BBB, Attorney General, FBI, and IRS, and Most of all, report what happened to you on this site. William (Bill) Bailey and Christy Spensberger needs to be stop. They are making MILLIONS each year, on consumer's hard work money. REPORT!!! Report!!! Let your voice be heard! One voice is not always heard, But a crowd WILL be HEARD.
