Reservation Rewards
Ripoff, discounts, shopping, fraud, fraudulent billing

I have been attempting to find out who this company is that's been charging my debit account for several months. I know they've been charging me for over a year, but I was unable to identify them from my bank statement.
Every month I do a google search to see if anything will come up, and it's only been today that I got a response. After reviewing the website, I KNOW I did not sign up for their "services". It screams of a ripoff and I'm usually smarter than that.
My bank (BankOne) did not inform me that I had a right to file a dispute form, let alone a federal one, so I will be doing that tomorrow.in the meantime, I have attempted to submit a cancellation at Reservation Rewards, but the site requires you to Log In first and since I didn't actually sign up with them, I have no idea what the sign on would be.
I have sent them an email notifying them of my request for cancellation, but the web site states that it will not accept cancellations by email, so I suspect they will ignore that. I also told them I wished to be reimbursed for the money they stole from me, but I'm guessing that will come to naught.
Anyone else who has had luck recovering from Reservations Rewards: I'd love to hear from you and your experience in attempting to recover funds.
