Bob matous and gina fernandez are pathetic scoundrels and theives that have no intent or knowledge on selling your timeshare ripoff

These heartless scam artists have been conning people for years. They never intend, or even know how to sell/rent a timeshare. Bob Matous is relentless and greedy and his wife Gina Fernandez is even worse. They are skilled in one thing and one thing only, LYING. I am a former employee of theirs.

Timeshare Globe Travel is their second company. Their first company, Star Resort International only remains active for "customer service" purposes. Bob and Gina had to close Star Resort because of the number of complaints and chargebacks they recieved daily.

Their method of pacifying the customer is through a process called an "update". An "update" is where an employee, usually of no importance, gives you false information on the "progress" of selling your timeshare. It is confirmed that Timeshare Globe Travel never has the "live marketing seminars" that they refer to in their advertising and on their contract.in the time I was with the company there was never a live show or a timeshare sold or even rented.

Working for Bob and Gina is excrutiating to say the least. They have no respect or regard for their employess or their customers. There have been several managers and employees that have come and gone in the seven years that they have been in business. Bob is erratic and volatile and is not mentally capable of running a business. His wife Gina is uneducated with a ferocious appetite for financial gain through the suffering of others.

Gina seems to be the real driving force behind the whole operation, it seems as though she "wears the pants" so to speak. Her title as the "marketing director" is only designed to mislead customers and employees when in fact she is Bob Matous' wife and co-owner of Star Resorts International and Timeshare Globe Travel Inc.

Insight on the product and meat of the business, the magazine, was best put by another former employee who stated that it is a "vain attempt to be legitimate". The circulation of the magazine that is pitched by the salesmen is another monumental falsehood. It is claimed that Timeshare Globe Travel is distributed around the world and has a circulation of over 700,000.in all reality, it is only distributed to the customers who payed for advertising and other vacation related businesses. Oftentimes, the customers do not even recieve a magazine to confirm that their property is being advertised. The commercial ads (ex. Trump, Calvin Klein, Bacardi etc.) in the magazine are more than likely fraudulent and Timeshare Retribution Inc is contacting these corporations to verify this information.
