Ripoff Wont refund my down payments after I told them I knew it was a scam Or Ontario, Canada

I first purchased a vacation package for 2 to Aruba off of Ebay, and so did 2 of my other friends for a total of 4 travelers. It was an awesome price of $1624 for two including airfare and a hotel room for one week, it was too good to be TRUE.

After sending everyones deposits, $65 each, for a total of $260, we received some paperwork. We had to fill out the airports we wanted to leave from and the dates we wanted to travel. After completing this we had to send out the forms to California with an additional $240 deposit.

It was very sketchy the whole time things were taking place. I purchased the trip off of Ebay from a lady in Tennessee named Donna Gorniak of Travel Adventures. I sent the first down payment to her and then the next payment went to a lady named PATRICIA ANDERSON of Bearcountry Vacations. The idea is that the more they changed the locations and names the harder it was to keep track of where your money was going.

I decided it was a total scam after reading the reports on this website and also seeing the F better Business Bureau gave the company. Patricia Anderson also wanted me to wire her the remaining balance which was also increased somehow without an explanation, through Western Union. The catch was the money was being wired overnight and no later to her supposed bank in Canada.

I strongly advise everyone to NEVER do business with these people. I asked for the total of $500 spent in deposits to be returned or I was going to turn them into Square Trader and I got a few VERYYY nasty emails back from Anderson insisting that I signed a contract, and would never be getting my money back.

This lady is a con-artist and the only reason Donna Gorniak of Travel Adventures had good feedback on Ebay was due to the fact that everyone was pleased they got their paperwork. None of the people that left feedback have taken their trips yet, because they DONT EXIST.

This is a total scam — be wise and dont throw your money away!!!
