Rip-off, i got my money back in full amount, this is how you do it, thanks to all these usacomplaints. Coms!

First at all, I have to really thanks everyone who filed reports about this rip-off company. After hang up the phone and put down a full payment of $689 for the "wonderful vacation resorts package", I regreted it right away when I did some more reserach on this company, that's when I found this website.

If you also regreted your decision right away, there is the best way to get your money back:

1) Wait for them to send you that dvd package

2) In that package, the last pages of the reservation forms has their cancellation policy on it. You will have to sign it and request for a cacellation.

3) They will also ask you to write a letter to explain why you wanted the cancellation. The reason I used was that "after I looked at the dvd, the resorts are not as nice as I thought it would be"

4) You are required to send the whole package back to the, with the letter attached, WITHIN 3 BUSSINESS DAYS. Here;s the tricky part, if this date has passed, you will have to sort another way to get your money back

5) After sending the package back to them, make sure you call them a couple of days later, and confirm the cancellation with them. Most likely, they will put you on hold and hang up on your a couple of times before you can really reslove it. The reason they put you on hold is to delay the time and trying to find someone (oneof the salemen) to resell the whole idea to you again with upgrading your hotels or giving you more discount. Whatever they offer you, DON"T TAKE IT! Becuase you have read as many reports as I did, you know it doesn't make anything better!

6) They will also try to call your home, their policy is that within 10-14 days, so they will try very hard to contact you and talk you back into it... However, they WILL have to return your money in full price to you. So stand firm and don't fall into their trap again when they got to talk to you.

When you talk to the operation, just tell them that you are calling to confirm your cancellation. NOT REFUND! BECAUSE THEY DON"T DO REFUNDS!
