This is a SCAM, do not give these people any money. I learned the hard way thanks to internet that helped me to quickly make the right decision. How can the Florida authorities allow this to go on for so long, over 1,000 complaints on this site!

Ramada Plaza Resorts mailed my husband a very legitimate vacation travel voucher. After calling and speaking with a CSR name Pamela Cugini we ASSUMED the company was on the up and up. Not. We were asked if we had a check card or credit card which through up the first flag, but STUPID us we continued on further, only to be promised by David a sales Manager that all meals in Flordia would be free. These people are very CLEVER and DISHONEST. Dont fall for the scam. The rooms are shabby, the crusie ship is 41 yrs old.
