Ripoff, unauthorized charges Shelton

Extremely fast attempt of credit card rip-off. I just paid my first Sears MC balance and on the second statement I got this unauthorized charged of $9.00. Company seems to have criminal intention and investigation should be initiated. I would expect some compensation for wasted time. I think somebody should get time too. It is playing stupid and using illegally obtain information to steal.
