I also downloaded the Florida Statute on vacation certificates

The poignant thing to note if you do get taken by this offer is that you have 30 days to cancel for a full refund but the cancellation has to be in writing.

I chose to decline All Seasons offer because of the manner in which they attempt to force a decision against the best advice of the Florida Office of the Attorney General.
