I spotted a charge on my credit card for travelocity for $29.95. Since I don't travel like I used to do 3 years ago, On January 31, I attempted to cancel my membership and get a refund. Their final reply was:
Late January is not an unreasonable time to sit down and review credit card charges... Especially with all the Holiday charges.
This is not a big deal but I sure won't ever use or recommend them again, especially after reading the other horror stories on this site.
