Overcharged for room, hidden $10 fee, no refund

I was overcharged for my room, so when I called to complain they said, "sorry no refunds it's policy". I was overcharged! Also, I was charged a $10.00 fee for using the site which they never told you about when booking. During the conversation with a terrible customer service (which was zero service) agent I was disconnected 7, yes seven, times. In the end I have no room, no reservation and a $190.00 credit card bill for making the mistake of booking through this criminal site. Avoid at all costs!
