Room Stays Was the WORST experience EVER! - Room stays, Best Western Plus Westwood Inn

I was overcharged for my room so when i called to complain they said, "sorry no refunds it's policy". I was OVERCHARGED! Also, i was charged $10.00 fee for using the site which they never told you about when booking. During the conversation with a terrible customer service (which was zero service) agent i was disconnected 7, yes SEVEN times.in the end i have no room, no reservation and a $190.00 credit card bill for making the mistake of booking through this criminal site. Avoid at all costs!!!
