Detroit to Dayton bus cancelled, customer service no help

This was the most horrible service in my life. The bus was cancelled due to weather, nobody answers the phone at the station, and when I called customer service, rude people answered the phone and were no help at all. The people who work in their customer service probably don't understand the meaning of customer service.
