HORRIBLE customer service and business etiquette!
We had booked a hotel wanted to cancel due to a bad storm that paralyzed the entire highway system!
Called 2 days straight being on hold with no one ever answering the phone! Day three we finally talk to someone who says "sorry for your luck, we were not able to get to the phone but we can't cancel because you called too late"
Filed a dispute with cc and will get the money back but will NEVER use them again EVER!
