Hidden Fees, Wrong Rate Booked and No Refund Given

Company is terrible to do business with. Does not give full disclosure of charges, books wrong rate but still charges and won't refund. Could not explain the fees or what they were for. They took the wrong email and I did not receive confirmation for 2 days even though I called 4 times.

Reservation agents and managers are rude and lie. Never, never book with this company. Better to deal directly with the hotel. They lied and said no other charges were required after I booked with them. This is not true. The hotel will still charge its fee.
