Travres expedia
Travres booked wrong date

I made a reservation through Travres which is actually Expedia for November 28 but Travres booked the hotel for November 27. I never received a confirmation. I ended up paying for two nights but only stayed one night. It was very difficult to reach Travres/Expedia and when I finally did I kept getting cut off. Finally Expedia decided that there was nothing they could do and kept the charge. Beware and look at all the terrible reviews they get that are just like mine.
