This travel agency is not a scam but they're full of lies! Mr. Amir Arzaga was the one who sent us the proposal. His proposal is so good, has airfare, 4D/3N accommodation, airport transfers, daily breakfast, etc.

I requested to give us a beachfront in Boracay. They gave us the Bamboo Beach Resort, located "daw" in Station 2 (apparently not 'cause it's in Station 3 pala). Then he gave us one Family Room since we are a group. I again requested for two (2) rooms instead of one big room. He said ok he will try his best to give us two (2) rooms. Before we pay them the full package amount, I made sure to Mr. Amir Arzaga that our rooms are already ok, he said "yes, ma'am we have four booked rooms kasi, so yung dalawa sa inyo na po." So I believed him, and paid the remaining balance.

On the morning of Thursday (which is a day before our flight), someone from their agency called us informing us that there is only one room booked for us which is the Family Room. I was shocked because I asked Mr. Amir regarding this and then they will inform us a day before? WTH?!

They gave us an option 2: One Family Room and One Junior Room, but we have to add payment. I said no, we will not pay. And then they gave us option 3: Our accommodation (2 rooms) will no longer be in Bamboo Beach but in Tonglen Resort which is located in Station 3 and non-beachfront. I searched for this resort and read many reviews that the resort is good so I said yes to the agent.

After settling the accommodation, I asked her the details of our trip and upon reading it, I saw that there is no longer "daily complimentary breakfast" in the package inclusions anymore. So I called them up again and asked what happened. They said that the resort doesn't give complimentary breakfast, if we want, we can add na lang daw so we can have daily breakfast. I said no, it's not our fault, it's theirs, our original agreement was there will be a daily complimentary breakfast. They said they will give us two breakfast, I said no, I want four since we have two rooms in Tonglen.

I didn't elaborate anymore my bad experience/s with this agency esp. With Mr. Amir Arzaga. I thought that asking help from a travel agency is a good idea but turned out that it wasn't. I should've have researched further regarding reputable travel agencies!

I just hope that this will serve as a warning to everyone. Please, if you don't wanna have a headache or heart attack, DO NOT transact with TravelDotCom!
