Commendation for agent nick trotte

After calling united airlines for a complex problem with 2 cancelled reservations, i received agents in manila, phillipines. After 7 calls, i finally got nick trotter, located in salt lake city. Thank goodness - this was my lucky day. He was wonderful in handling my problem. Worked out all the messy details, and there were many, in the most professional, courteous manner. His demeanor throughout this process was nothing short of miraculous. He answered my many questions, explained all and after about a 45 minute conversation, all was resolved. He was probably the most courteous agent i have ever spoken to at any airline. His supervisor is dennis mellor.
