After calling united airlines to help with a very complex and difficult reservation, i get someone in manila who barely speaks english. I tried 7 calls before i got a representative in the U.S. Thank goodness. No wonder the airlines are in such turmoil. Keep the jobs in the U.S. Speaking with foreign representatives is frustrating and non-productive.
