Poor communication and service by Jet Blue and JFK

At JFK, sitting in plane for past hour and 45 minutes waiting to get in line to taxi. It is freezing on this plane. Minimal explanation for delay from pilot - "it's raining". We can see out the window and it is barely sprinkling. No apologies given.initially told it would be minimal delay and we would arrive on time, then told it would be a 55 min delay. Last info given (no reason for delay) that we would taxi in 30 minutes and be airborne in 42 minutes. Still in same spot. No update on Jet Blue website about this flight status for my family.
