I unfortunately had to delay my flight due to a torn ACL.initially, I was told the flight was lost. Only after fighting with support for a few hours did they tell me that I could delay the flight for a $150 fee. Once re-booked, my name was entered backwards which meant I could not check in at the self-service desks and I had to wait in line for an additional 20 minutes to see someone at the service desk. But, the important part is that I got to my destination and back.
