PTL Detail - Full Detail service

My husband and I had our vehicles fully detailed by PTL Detail on July 20th. I am extremely unhappy with the work they performed. I called to ask questions about the service that would be performed from the advertisement on Groupon and they told me to not buy the groupon and to come in and they would give me a great deal. I feel like this was the old bait and switch tactic, because they promised me far more than what the groupon offered and did not deliver. They did not even wash, wax, or seal the top of my 2005 Ford Escape, and we were told it was because they were afraid to put their workers on a ladder on a wet floor. Need I say more. Do not get burned by this company like we did. If you bought the groupon already try to get your money back, or at the very least do not let them upsell you.
