At check in I presented my id, Gold crown club card and my payment, First the rude little man (Muhammad Hussain) Told me he wouldn't allow me to use my gold crown card because he was doing me a favor letting me stay in his hotel, next he refused my credit card because it had my company name on it. I stay in hotels atleast 300 nights a year 200 in new york, and never had this issue (he said It was a law) He was making every effort to be as difficult as he could. (Side note) my room was across the hall from the laundry room and I overheard the housekeeping staff talking about the owners forcing them to work overtime and refusing to pay them for it
