Didn't get free night stay @ Best Western w/90 trial! Dulles Virginia

Was solicited for a free 90 day offer to join AOL, back in December of 05 I believe, and as a special reward for trying, was offered a free nights stay @ a Best Western Hotel. Well, I asked the sales rep if I cancelled at any time before the 90 days are up, do I still get the free nights stay, and he said yes.
Well a couple of days after, (In Jan. 06), I had my account activated, I recieved a message from AOL Services saying that I would have to register with the Best Western Gold Crown Services or something like that and to click on the link below to register and get my free nights voucher.
So after doing this, I cancelled my account after roughly 10 days, and the offer was to come within 6 weeks after I had filled out the registration for the Crown Club. Needless to say, it's now almost April. I never got that voucher.
When calling back I was transferred at least 7 times, telling each person who didn't know what I was talking about or couldn't help me that I wanted to speak to their supervisor/corporate #. They refused, saying they didn't have that info, or they couldn't do it.
Finally got through to a woman who said that because I cancelled before 30 days (10 days according to them), I didn't qualify for the offer I was told would be mine no matter when I cancelled, or "just for signing up", as they put it.
I don't remember ever getting anything saying I had to be enrolled for at least 30 days, and the woman said there was nothing she could do, and that was pretty much the end of it.
Again asked to speak to her supervisor/corporate # and she told me the same junk that she didn't have that info, and was sorry she couldn't help me. So if you are thinking about trying AOL because of a special sign up, DON'T DO IT! Also, I found that there was no easy way for me to cancel my account when I tried to do so back in Jan. Overall, just avoid AOL IMHO.
