WARNING: Horrible Customer Service at ORBITZ - Hotel

I did not stay in this Hotel and yet Orbitz charged me for the it.
I called customer service four times and yet it has not been taken care and absolutely
no positive response at all.
I don't know if this will be resolved or not but whoever is reading this review needs to
save yourself trouble and money because you are not getting any good service at this company.
