Ripoff Unauthorized withdrawl from credit card account credit card fraud

To all who may be concerned:

I am yet another victim of the MWI Connections HOMEWORKSPLUS scam. As far as I can tell, I have incurred charges on a monthly basis for $14.95 since July. I did not authorize this and I will be contacting my banking institution for reimbursement. It is possible that this scam has gone on longer, however I have just now caught on to this. I have done some research and am not sure if my information is correct, but I did list a website, street address, and phone number of a company with this name, and that fits the description. Also in looking online, I discovered that this fraudulent agency is affiliated with an internet provider and banking institution which will remain nameless for legal purposes. Ironically, I have just succeeded in recieving a full refund for a monthly bill of $14.95 for an internet service to which I subscribed, but no service was provided. Is there anything that the BBB or FBI is doing to catch these thieves? If so, what is it and how can I help? I am willing to press charges if such actions can be taken at this point.
