Ripoff unauthorized monthly billings to my credit card

I discovered a $15.95 billing on my latest credit card statement AP9*Homeworksplus. I went back to previous statements and have been getting billed since 10/21/03!!! Total billing of $228.25. Boy do I feel stupid. After dealing with the the supervisor named "Muga" he will only agree to refund 2 months worth. I suspect an offshore ripoff since all of the people sounded foreign and the "HOLD" music was steel drums and regae. Just a guess.

I am disputing all the charges thru my Visa card... We will see what happens. The older billings said MWI*Homeworksplus and charged $14.95. The company told me that I agreed to join while responding to a T.V.info-mercial. NO WAY! Either Homeworksplus are frauds OR the info-mercial people get a commission and signed people up fraudulantly. Either way. This should be labeled a crime and the criminals responsible found and punished.
