HDI HomeworksPlus ripoff Charged My Master Card 149.95

Upon Checking My Master Card statement, I discovered a charge on 10/19/04 by HDI*Homeworksplus, 888-585-5516 PA for $149.95. Master Card was questioned and they had no information on the billing.
After a search for the company on the Internet, it was discovered that "SORRY NO RESULTS WERE FOUND CONTAINING HDI*HOMEWORKSPLUS. A call was made to 888-585-5516 at 4:45PM 10/27/04 and contact was made with a Cindy-ID 17356. She informed me that they had sent me a membership and billed me the $149.95 without my approval. I am disputing this charge through Master Card.
