Unexplained charge. - Boingo wirelsss

I registered for a 15 min free account of Boingo at Heathrow airport. The speed was however good - I don't have complains about that.

I declined any chargeable usage thereafter and did not use their wifi.

However, I was charged GBP 7.95 on my credit card. That is ridiculous!!! This is a scam!!!

Moreover, this is the sequence / chronology of emails:
1. Receipt for GBP 7.95 on & Mon, May 20 at 1:30 AM
2. Second email thanking for free internet usage & Mon, May 20 at 12:11 PM

So they charge first and then thanks for the free internet usage!!! This shows the flaw in their billing and the way customers are cheated.

I want my money back to my Credit card and my account closed.
